Velgørenhedssalg fra Warfrog

Så er der mulighed for at erhverve sig lidt kunst til væggene, der er i overensstemmelse med vores fælles hobby: de originale illustrationer til de fleste af Warfrogs spil.

Martin Wallace har valgt at sætte de originale illustrationer til salg for at indsamle penge til velgørenhed:
Martin Wallace and his partner, Julia, are off to Peru later this year to trek the Machu Picchu trail. This is a charity event to raise money for the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation, (UK). This is a cause close to Julia’s heart as her daughter suffers from liver disease.
Der vil være en auktion per uge startende med Byzantium. Det vil foregå via eBay og startdatoen for den første er i dag, søndag den 18. juni.

Følgende titlers forside-illustrationer vil blive sat til salg:

- Byzantium
- Struggle of Empires
- Empires of the Ancient World
- Way Out West
- Liberte
- Perikles (kommer senere på året fra Warfrog)

For tiden forsøger Martin Wallace at opspore illustrationerne til Age of Steam, Princes of the Renaissance og Tempus!

Ja, hvem mon?!

Men selvom priserne sikkert er meget rimelige og går til et godt formål - så er det vel de færreste, der kan og vil være med, når priserne render i vejret... Jeg mener ligenu taler vi 155£ og der er stadig lang vej...

Afgjort Stony.

Og personligt synes jeg coveret er et af de pæneste Warfrog-covers, så hvis jeg endelig skulle købe et, skulle det nok være det. Men £155... :(
